Individual Counselling
$150 - 60 Minutes
A typical online (via Jane App telehealth video calls) individual session involves talking through your experiences, exploring patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships, and working together to better understand what is happening in your life. At times we may reflect on past experiences, and at other times we may focus on practical strategies to help you navigate current challenges. Each session is tailored to you—your goals, your pace, and what feels most helpful in the moment.
Sessions for 75, 90, and 120-minutes are also available.
Couples Counselling
$165 - 60 Minutes
Couples counselling (online, via Jane App telehealth video calls) often focuses on understanding the deeper emotions and needs underneath conflict, improving communication, and identifying the patterns that keep couples feeling stuck or disconnected. Some sessions may involve processing difficult conversations or past experiences, while others may focus on strengthening trust, connection, and emotional closeness. The process is collaborative and adapted to the unique dynamics, hopes, and challenges of each couple.
Sessions for 90 and 120-minutes are also available.
Family Counselling
$165 - 60 Minutes
Family counselling (online, via Jane App telehealth video calls) creates an opportunity for family members to better understand one another and work through the tensions, communication difficulties, or life transitions impacting the family system. Depending on the family’s needs, we may address challenges such as parenting struggles, relationship breakdowns, grief, or other stressors being put on the family. The goal is to build connection, understanding, and a more supportive family environment where each person feels heard and valued.
Sessions for 90 and 120-minutes are also available.
